I am writing to convey my deep frustration and disappointment regarding the management of Flight IX136 from Sharjah on 13 December 2025. The flight was scheduled to depart at 21:35, but it did not leave until after 00:38 the next day, causing a delay of over three hours. This significant delay resulted in me missing my connecting flight IX1737 to Udaipur. Unfortunately, neither the onboard crew nor the ground staff provided a clear explanation for the delay. Moreover, there was no adequate assistance or alternative solutions offered. Ground personnel only mentioned that the cost of the missed flight would be refunded, despite previous assurances that I would make my connection. Additionally, no measures were taken to prioritize passengers with connecting flights by seating them in the front of the aircraft, and no food was provided during the lengthy wait of over three hours onboard. Due to the lack of communication, assistance, and basic care for passengers, I felt compelled to share my experience.
