The worst airline honestly. Nobody picks up the customer service number nor do they reply to any mails. Irresponsible to the fullest. Booked a flight, got the mail it's confirmed, when I went to the airport the next day no counters were open and the flight seemed to be cancelled. How much do you even care about your customers. Had to wait in the airport for the staff, nobody showed up. Not even a single person in the customer service department. Never felt more disappointed. I can't express my disappointment in mere words.
