Untrustworthy practices regarding bookings.

I made a booking through a third-party platform, which was managed by the service. Shortly after booking, they demanded that I complete a guest registration on an external site, requiring sensitive personal information despite having already processed the payment securely. Their inflexible policies led to an unfortunate cancellation due to a family emergency. This company's practices not only override the policies of the booking platform but also expose guests to unnecessary risks. I would recommend avoiding any properties managed by them.
