They female representative was so rude today she talked over me and didn’t hear me out and pretty much told me to let Cash App deal with it. Not helpful at all rushed me off the phone when one of their customers stole over $1000 from me.

I wish I could rate Stride Bank -4 stars. They are the parent bank to Chime bank and both entities are incompetent and unprofessional. They closed my accounts with out explanation. Then they said they don't have to have a reason to close any account. I have been with Chime since 2019 and I have not had any problems but not only was my account closed I lost the ability to get my money! Terrible service!!
Chime with stride bank promised funds if you A) have a deposit of 1500 for three months.yes I do meet that.B)THEY SAY IN THE TV ADD TO HAVE SHOWN USE WHICH I have many.C)MEET THE ABOVE CRITERIA 1)YOU WILL RECEIVE SPOT ME CREDIT UP TO 250.00I did everything they asked in the tv add and still no increase in spot me.I RATE CHIME AND STRIDE BANK AS F AS FAIL TO FOLLOW WHATS PROMISED.

I am writing to express my profound concern regarding a recent experience I encountered with Chime/Stride Bamk that has left me both shocked and distressed.After initiating a case with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) to assert my rights, I was taken aback by the subsequent actions of Chime It appears they gained unauthorized access to my direct deposit account, resulting in the decline of my payment. Subsequently, I received a notification from Stripe that directed me to contact my bank for clarification.During my interactions with customer service representatives, I was met with an alarming level of confusion and unprofessionalism. One representative, seemingly unable to comprehend the gravity of my situation, abruptly threatened to close our conversation and contact law enforcement over alleged threats that I never made. This left me bewildered, as I have always maintained a respectful and non-threatening demeanor in all my communications.Furthermore, a different representative I spoke with over the phone exhibited a lack of seriousness regarding my account issues, laughing with colleagues in the background while discussing my situation. It became evident that my direct deposit had been mistakenly redirected to a credit card account and subsequently paid to a company identified as a scam by Chime weeks prior. This mismanagement is not only alarming but also raises significant questions about the integrity and security of your services.As a customer, I find it deeply troubling that such behavior—characterized by confusion, dismissal, and a lack of professionalism—could be tolerated within your organization. It has led me to feel vulnerable and frustrated, particularly as I was in a state of panic regarding a higher deposit for major car repairs for my business.
I drive for Lyft, and Lyft Direct is the payment mechanism thru Stride Bank. My account information was compromised somehow and they stole my money PLUS the overdraft protection I had.I cannot get anyone to help me. They act like I’m lying even in the face of the fact I filed a police report. They haven’t told me when I’ll get my money back. They CANNOT EVEN TELL ME HOW MY ACCOUNT WAS USED FOR PURCHASES AT 7-11 & Walmart without a PIN. They haven’t responded to my inquiries. They suck. They’re disrespectful. The people they have answering the phone are not professional.
