Dealing with this service has been a nightmare. I don't weld often, so I purchased my cylinder from a provider. Every time I need to exchange it, it's a significant hassle – they can never find a replacement! The central customer service is inadequate, the call-back feature is ineffective, and the operators disconnect my calls every time they try to transfer me. Zero stars.
