My experience with this service has been extremely disappointing. Since I don't do much welding, I purchased my cylinder from a provider. However, every time I try to exchange it for a full one, it's a significant hassle—they can never find a replacement! The central support team is ineffective, the call-back option fails, and the representatives disconnect my calls every single time they try to transfer me. Clearly not a satisfactory experience.

Due to a phone update, the app is now unusable. I have one more year with this pump before I switch. Customer service was initially helpful, and consumables are delivered on time. It's a real pity.

Every time I call, the receptionists seem either untrained or treat me as an inconvenience. While the trainees are polite, the others are just rude. It's disappointing that I have a serious health condition requiring their product, yet I receive such poor treatment.

My order for consumables is only sent quarterly, and with upcoming holidays, I'm worried about running out. Their response was unacceptable, and I plan to escalate this issue. I will return to my previous provider when it's time for a replacement.
