Customer support is appalling, and if you speak to a specific representative, be prepared for a frustrating experience. The pump failed once at night, and they simply told me to reset it. I expect reliability from medical devices and became anxious about potential failures. They refused to replace it despite my concerns. My order for consumables is only sent quarterly, and with upcoming holidays, I'm worried about running out. Their response was unacceptable, and I plan to escalate this issue. I will return to my previous provider when it's time for a replacement.
