Hands down the worst airline I have ever dealt with. Their customer service is none existent. They wouldn't refund me for a cancelled flight due to a family member passing away, however, agreed to refund me for the airport Tax. It's been 5 months and I'm yet to receive my refund. No one replies, phones are unanswered. Air Mauritius is a joke of an airline.
