Worst company ever. Recently they changed my flight so I had to book a hotel to accommodate the extra night. So when I reached out to ask for them to refund the hotel fee, they completely ignoring my emails. It’s been over 1 month now. Very disappointed regarding the service especially I’ve been a loyal customer for years.
