This service is a complete fraud. I have been trying to redeem 59,000 air miles for rewards through the app, but clicking 'Exchange Now' leads to a blank screen. I have contacted customer service multiple times, and after being advised to delete and reinstall the app, the problem persists. I feel this is a scam as they know the app fails to redeem miles, and after many attempts, users may give up.
