The program is good. But customer service is very bad and they are like robots. They do not try to solve the issue, they just read a script in front of them.I give it a 3 stars but dont expect to have any issue or question solved/answered. I have a lot of lost miles that I cannot add because of a technical issue they had before and customer service agents are really helpless (if they ever answered)
