Extremely Frustrating Experience

I faced a very frustrating situation with the airline and will not fly with them again. My family arrived at the airport well ahead of the recommended 2-3 hours and checked in on time. Despite this, several of us were denied boarding due to system failures. We struggled with malfunctioning self-service kiosks and had to rely on staff assistance, which was not timely. The airline's staff was frequently distracted, leading to further delays. Even though we were trying to check in within the timeframe, we were told we were 'too late' when the flight itself left 30-40 minutes behind schedule. Our requests to verify our presence through security footage went unanswered. The airline denied all refund requests, relying on assumptions rather than the evidence we provided. This experience was disheartening, especially for older family members, and we had to purchase new tickets at our own expense. It revealed a serious lack of fairness and accountability. Be cautious if you rely on the airline's published guidelines, as they may not protect you during delays caused by their own issues. I'm extremely disappointed and will not use this service again.
