Extremely disappointing experience during our honeymoon.

Extremely disappointing experience during our honeymoon. We were scheduled to travel from one city to another today, but the service was inadequate. The flight was delayed initially, and after boarding, it was cancelled due to the pilot's illness. This isn't the first time issues like this have arisen. Unfortunately, we ended up wasting valuable vacation time after coming all the way from another continent, and it caused us significant stress with missed activities and last-minute changes. We can only hope that tomorrow's flight won’t face similar issues. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this airline.

My experience with the airline was disheartening.

I had no idea the airline would be so disappointing. I wish I had checked reviews beforehand. It was awful! They changed my chosen seat just 20 minutes before departure. You can select any seat you think you'll get, but it's all a facade. They will reassign you at the last minute and be incredibly rude about it. No apologies, no appreciation for your understanding... nothing at all. Sometimes they won't even allow you to select a seat, and in those cases, be cautious. They reserve the right to bump you for a passenger with disabilities or an employee. I don’t understand why this only happens with this airline. Other carriers manage to accommodate disabled passengers and staff without displacing others. It's unbelievable! I'm relieved to see I'm not the only one who had a terrible experience.

Extremely Frustrating Experience

I faced a very frustrating situation with the airline and will not fly with them again. My family arrived at the airport well ahead of the recommended 2-3 hours and checked in on time. Despite this, several of us were denied boarding due to system failures. We struggled with malfunctioning self-service kiosks and had to rely on staff assistance, which was not timely. The airline's staff was frequently distracted, leading to further delays. Even though we were trying to check in within the timeframe, we were told we were 'too late' when the flight itself left 30-40 minutes behind schedule. Our requests to verify our presence through security footage went unanswered. The airline denied all refund requests, relying on assumptions rather than the evidence we provided. This experience was disheartening, especially for older family members, and we had to purchase new tickets at our own expense. It revealed a serious lack of fairness and accountability. Be cautious if you rely on the airline's published guidelines, as they may not protect you during delays caused by their own issues. I'm extremely disappointed and will not use this service again.

Cancelled Flights

They show no regard for your travel plans, allowing check-in and then cancelling at boarding. It was called off due to low passenger numbers; surely, this could have been communicated in a timely manner. They simply rebook you on another flight at their convenience. The lack of communication about your schedule is frustrating. The country could benefit from more airline competition!

Getting through to customer service is nearly impossible. Changing a flight is a nightmare; it feels like they prefer you not to reach out at all.

No Flexibility for Travel Issues

I didn't pay extra for a flexible ticket, and when unforeseen circumstances prevented my travel, I couldn't get a refund. Even with additional travel insurance, they refused coverage. There were no cancellation fees or partial refunds available, even when cancelling well in advance. The airline seems to exploit its monopoly to maximize profits. My complaint was dismissed based on their strict terms and conditions.
