I had no idea the airline would be so disappointing. I wish I had checked reviews beforehand. It was awful! They changed my chosen seat just 20 minutes before departure. You can select any seat you think you'll get, but it's all a facade. They will reassign you at the last minute and be incredibly rude about it. No apologies, no appreciation for your understanding... nothing at all. Sometimes they won't even allow you to select a seat, and in those cases, be cautious. They reserve the right to bump you for a passenger with disabilities or an employee. I don’t understand why this only happens with this airline. Other carriers manage to accommodate disabled passengers and staff without displacing others. It's unbelievable! I'm relieved to see I'm not the only one who had a terrible experience.
