Absolutely horrible experience

Absolutely horrible experience. Doesn’t help with high VOC but only makes it a lot worse. I ended up having an allergic reaction on my arm. They refused to cover a shipping label to ship it back. They they decided to charge me because the item arrived damaged but failed to provide any proof. They they decided to charge me a restocking fee but they don’t mention anything regarding restocking fees on their website. Then they tried to charge me $60 for shipping label but we agreed to $28 earlier. Very greedy company. They don’t care about your health they only want your money. Horrible customer service. I couldn’t use the offfice for a whole day because VOC went up to 3000! Ppb !! Which is very hazardous, I am going to sue for lost wages I have everything documented. They also wanted me to turn it on again and record a video with me holding an air monitor - absolutely not!
