I cannot recommend at all!
I was a customer for many years and in the past service and quality was good, but that changed.
They did not dispatch one painting and said they had to give it for repair. I wanted the money back and had to chase for 15 days, they did not even return the full amount! 50 CHF missing.
They showed me the painting after ‚repair‘ and it was completely different. Even after I showed them the differences in the two paintings (the necklace we’re looking totally different) they insist it is the same.
It’s not genuine business practise and service is no good.
I will not order anything in future. It’s sad how such great place completely changed.
Recently I bought Ganesha wood statue from exotic india. Upon delivery I found the statue was cracked on top and it was packed before the painting was completely dry. I messaged the customer care team two weeks back. Still no action taken. Quality checking by the seller found very poor before they deliver the item to customers. Especially during festival season or year end sales.

Customer service is excellent! I received the shipment in a timely fashion and I am extremely grateful at how well everything was packaged. This is important because of the winter weather and lots of snow around where I live. The books arrived in great condition. Thank you!
I had a very disappointing experience ordering from Exotic India.I placed an order for books that I couldn’t find elsewhere, paid in full, and then heard nothing afterward. I did not receive a proper delivery confirmation, no tracking number, and no clear receipt showing shipment details. The order never arrived.I tried to contact the seller multiple times to ask about my delivery status, but there was no response at all. No updates, no explanation, and no effort to resolve the issue. As a customer, this felt extremely unprofessional and frustrating.Because of this, I completely wasted both my money and my time. I had initially trusted this seller and even recommended it to others, which I now regret. A reliable seller should always provide tracking information and customer support, especially after taking payment.Based on my experience, I do not recommend Exotic India. Please be careful before ordering, as there was no communication, no transparency, and no delivery in my case. This has been a very poor and disappointing experience.
I've been a customer for 20 years, and the service and products have been excellent. Recently I bought a shawl.. one of many I've purchased over the years. It was not the fabric they advertised (wool), nor the weave. I've contacted them in several ways and received no response. In the past I've found this company to be really efficient and friendly but it seems things have changed. I won't be buying from Exotic India again.
