I have Air oasis for years bought a new bulb. Didn't work I assume the equipment was old so I bought a new one. Well it come in a big box and wasn't wrapped. i assume it bounce around and didn't work. the box was 16 by 12 by 7. Really no plastic or bubble wrap or paper around it. didn't work. The bulb was different from mine and didn't work.

Everytime I call with a concern or need help operating my air oasis's unit like changing out my filters or on ordering filters the agents there are ALWAYS courteous and so knowledgeable to help me through it efficiently!!Thank you from a very satisfied customer.
