Incorrect color and low-quality rug received

Received a rug in the wrong color and of poor, thin, synthetic quality; it looks nothing like the stock image. The color is yellow instead of russet, and the double duvet also does not match the photos—it's not white, lacks a gusset, and has a see-through mesh with a low-quality grey covering. Now, they claim I must pay for the return despite the items being incorrect! This seems to be a common issue. I would advise against trusting this service.

Avoid at all costs!

Received the wrong color and the quality of the synthetic rug is disappointing. It's nothing like the stock photo—it's yellow instead of russet. The duvet also doesn't match the images; it's not white, lacks a gusset, and has a flimsy grey cover. Now I'm told I have to pay for return shipping, even though the items are incorrect. This seems to be a common issue. I can't recommend them.

Misleading product representation. Poor quality!

Like others have noted, the item I received was completely different from the photo on the website. Is this even legal? I ordered two king duvets, and the quality is awful. Now, returning them will cost me a fortune, despite being misled. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere.

Excellent service!

I had a fantastic experience with the service team. My first order was missing an end ball, but when I reached out, they responded immediately. A couple of weeks later, they sent me two new curtain poles with all the necessary attachments. That's what I call service! I'll definitely return and recommend them to everyone. 10/10!

Misleading quality and advertising

The items I received were of poor quality and the advertising was misleading. The website showed two cushion covers, but I only received one with no clear information on the site. The covers are thin and low quality. Upon returning them, they claimed they couldn't find my return. This seems like a tactic to avoid refunds. Save yourself the hassle and choose another option.

Next-day delivery is misleading and poor customer service

I ordered curtains and poles with next-day delivery, within the specified timeframe. However, they weren't dispatched on time. When I inquired, they stated the items would be dispatched the next day, not delivered. They refused to refund my extra shipping cost, claiming that next-day delivery only referred to dispatch. This contradicts their website. I'm still waiting for a response, having provided evidence of their misleading claims. Based on this experience, I will definitely avoid them in the future. Customer service is slow and lacks care.

Caution advised

While the payment and delivery were quick, the duvet set I received didn't match the description on the website. I quickly received a response saying I could return it, but I would have to pay for return shipping. I argued that if the item matched the description, I wouldn't need to return it. They offered a 10% refund instead. I documented the discrepancies with photos, but they still refused to resolve the issue. This company seems more focused on profits than customer satisfaction.
