I had a disappointing service experience. I received an email stating that part of my order was unavailable, resulting in only one item being shipped while I was charged full delivery fees. There was no option to cancel my order. When I reached out to the support team, they were unhelpful and did not understand why this situation was frustrating.

My spouse and I visited The Enchanted Garden. It was an incredible journey through Dorothy’s adventure from Kansas to the Land of Oz. The light displays were stunning! You stroll from one light exhibit to another as Dorothy’s story unfolds, walking down the yellow brick road to Oz. This is a must-see experience. Thank you to the center for such a fantastic time!
I ordered 4 lights that were advertised as glass, but upon arrival, they were plastic. I needed them for a gift exchange and couldn't return them due to time constraints. I called to complain about the misleading advertising and sent an email but received no response. After a few days, they changed the product description. I requested a partial refund, but again received no resolution. They offered £4 for items priced at £9.99, which seems unfair. They changed the listing to remove 'glass' but didn’t clarify it was plastic. I won’t be shopping here again.
We attended the Igloo afternoon tea and were quite disappointed. We waited a long time to be seated as they searched for the right person to assist us. The food was subpar (many items were not as described during booking), and the service was lacking. The sandwiches were all on white bread without options for brown or mixed. The scones were dry, and the cakes lacked flavor. Although the crockery was nice, we were given green metal mugs with rust marks for our tea, which felt inappropriate. The service was poor; we had to ask for more plates and were met with eye rolls. This might have been tolerable if it had been busy, but ours was the only occupied pod the entire time. Even after we left, there were no other bookings. We were told we only had 5 minutes left before needing to leave, despite the lack of other patrons. We won't be trying this experience again, especially after traveling over an hour for what was supposed to be a festive treat.
During our visit to the center today, things started off well. We returned an item without issues and enjoyed exploring the Christmas section. However, while having breakfast in the restaurant, the payment process was disappointing. A staff member approached us without any greeting and just tapped the card reader on our table for payment without making eye contact. This interaction overshadowed the positive aspects of our visit. Additionally, the restrooms were in need of an upgrade, with one sink out of order and cleanliness issues.
My online order had not dispatched even after 5 working days. I sent two emails that received automatic replies but no actual responses. I had to call to cancel the order, and a refund was issued two days later. The representative I spoke with was friendly, but this did not make up for the poor experience. They claim orders will ship within 24 hours (excluding weekends), but 5 days without communication is unacceptable, especially for Christmas items. This was my first and last order here. I finally received a reply to my email after posting a review, but it was too late to improve my experience.
I bought two items that were listed as available but later received an email stating one was out of stock. I requested a refund for the difference in shipping costs since it would have been cheaper with one item. They denied my request, claiming their delivery costs were the same for all products. After providing proof of the lower shipping cost for one item, they took days to respond and adjusted their website but still charged me incorrectly. I feel scammed for £1.96, and they dismissed my evidence while expecting me to accept theirs.
I visited the Hygge Igloo on Sunday evening and had a wonderful experience. The setting was lovely, and the igloo was warm and cozy. The decorations, wireless speaker, and heater enhanced the atmosphere. The staff were fantastic, regularly checking in to see if we needed anything. Their friendliness and attention to detail made the evening special. It’s a perfect place for a unique and relaxing night out. Highly recommend, and I will definitely book again!
