I returned my item as it failed to work as promised and was far from what was depicted in their online materials. The item took months to arrive. The shipping service confirmed my return was delivered to the seller's warehouse on Nov 5, 2025, yet I have received no refund or communication for weeks. I followed all the return procedures specified by the seller, including covering the return shipping costs myself. The seller only inquired about tracking much later—even though their return guidelines did not mention that tracking was necessary. Even after I provided tracking proof and they acknowledged that the refund would be processed, more time passed without any communication or refund. This refund process seems intentionally designed to delay or avoid reimbursing customers. I am now pursuing a chargeback and filing formal complaints with consumer protection agencies. I will also report their questionable practices to regulatory authorities. Such dishonesty needs to be addressed. I strongly advise against engaging with this company. 12/10/25 - they issued 70% of my refund only after I threatened to take action. Disgraceful conduct, lacking integrity on their part.
