I placed my order on the 28th of November, my order wasn’t shipped until the 2nd of February. Apart from this delay in shipping I’m experiencing a problem with customs. My country, Turkiye, was not on their list of countries they do not ship to. However, because the product does not have the required CE mark Turkiye Customs categories it as unsafe and therefore will not let it through. I have contacted the company via email and they have informed me that they can accept a refund with a 30% “restocking” fee. I asked if they had solution to this problem as i would like my product to be delivered, and if not requested that they do not apply this 30% restocking fee on my refund as this would not be an optional return. They replied with a “let me check”. It’s been 6 days now, i have wrote to them saying customs wants an urgent reply but was unable to get an answer.
Aironox’s gadget looked promising and their product seems useful in theory, but delivery took forever and support was slow. Some people got items that barely work. Could be decent with better shipping and service.
I ordered a product on 19th August, but it didn't arrive until 28th October. I had asked to cancel my order and was assured it would be shipped quickly. When I finally received it, I was extremely disappointed as it didn't meet the promised experience. My return request was initially denied until I proved I had asked for return details within the 14-day timeframe. Overall, this was a frustrating and costly mistake; I spent £138, which included £15 for standard shipping, and the return cost me £11.35, making my total outlay £149.35. I received a refund of £83.30 after a 30% restock fee, resulting in a total loss of £66.05, which is nearly 50% of the original price. If I could give negative stars, I would for this overall experience.
I returned my item because it did not function as promised and was far from what was depicted in the online videos and advertisements. The item took MONTHS to arrive. The shipping service confirms my return was delivered to the company’s warehouse on Nov 5, 2025, yet I have received no refund or communication for weeks. I followed all the steps outlined by the company for the return, including covering the return shipping costs myself. The company only requested tracking information much later, even though their return policy never mentioned that tracking was necessary. After providing proof of tracking and receiving confirmation that the refund would be processed, I still experienced delays with no further communication or refund. This refund process seems intentionally designed to postpone or evade returning customers’ money. I am now pursuing a chargeback and filing formal complaints with consumer protection agencies. I will also report their questionable practices to relevant authorities. Such deceptive operations need to be addressed. I strongly advise against engaging with this company. 12/10/25 - they issued 70% of my refund only after I threatened to take further action. Unacceptable behavior, showing a lack of integrity on their part.

I wish I had considered these reviews before making my purchase. I've been waiting a month for my order, and while customer service has been responsive, they haven't adequately addressed the ongoing issues. Save yourself the trouble.
It's been almost three months since I placed my order, and I still haven't received anything. Initially, customer support was responsive, but now they have completely stopped communicating — no updates for days or even weeks. The tracking indicates the package reached Denmark, but it never arrived in Sweden. No new tracking updates, and the carrier they were supposed to switch to hasn't received anything at all. Overall, a frustrating and unreliable experience. I would not recommend ordering from this company.
I placed an order a few weeks ago, but the product hasn't been dispatched. I requested a refund, but received none, and now they claim the product has shipped just two days after acknowledging my refund request. Still no sign of it, and it seems I might lose 30% plus return shipping costs if I ever receive it. Very disappointing.
I bought several clothing items and received mediocre results. When I contacted the seller to initiate a return, they informed me of a 30% restocking fee and that I would need to cover shipping costs! Any company that imposes such a high restocking fee effectively discourages returns. If you decide to purchase, avoid buying directly from the seller; look for a retailer with a better return policy!
This product is simply not working. Customer support is inadequate. The return policy is limited to 14 days, and if you miss it by a few days, you're out of luck. The product is malfunctioning; the clothing comes out wrinkled. Based on the seller's response, their claim of willingness to assist after the return window is untrue. They rejected my return request, despite my efforts to find a reasonable solution. Additionally, it took two months for the product to arrive as they were out of stock.
