I placed my order on the 28th of November, my order wasn’t shipped until the 2nd of February. Apart from this delay in shipping I’m experiencing a problem with customs. My country, Turkiye, was not on their list of countries they do not ship to. However, because the product does not have the required CE mark Turkiye Customs categories it as unsafe and therefore will not let it through. I have contacted the company via email and they have informed me that they can accept a refund with a 30% “restocking” fee. I asked if they had solution to this problem as i would like my product to be delivered, and if not requested that they do not apply this 30% restocking fee on my refund as this would not be an optional return. They replied with a “let me check”. It’s been 6 days now, i have wrote to them saying customs wants an urgent reply but was unable to get an answer.
