Made a mistake on my booking. Only 5 minutes later I realized it and they won't let me cancel or reschedule. This would be illegal in the US where you can cancel tickets up to 24 hours. I know they don't fall under US law, but they obviously don't care at all about customer service. They replied to me with "not our problem". I no have tickets I can't use, and can't get any refund or credit for.
