Claire Gage was our guide through the process of getting our two canine kiddos from the U.S. to France. She was kind and understanding throughout the entire process. We truly could not have done this without her. Our only critique, and we believe this is out of Airpet Internationals hands, would be that it would be nice to have more check-ins along the way and that animals would be aloud to exit their carriers after their TSA check-ins and before their flights so they could stretch their legs and relieve themselves if necessary. It can be a super long time and most pets do not want to relieve themselves in the area they will be in for many hours.
