I received a t-shirt with a twisted defect in the logo, likely due to the pressing process. After sending photos to customer service, they suggested it might come out in the wash. After two washes with no improvement, they requested more pictures. Then, they insisted on a visual inspection before taking any action. Why make the process so complicated for a simple exchange? They clearly do not stand by their products, even when they are defective. This is unacceptable business practice.
