Car was late to be picked up at Gatwick North and then on our arrival we waited for 1 hour and 10 minutes for our car to be delivered, we phoned as soon as we landed. This was after several phone calls, to the point that I nearly phoned the police as I presumed that the car had been stolen. And to top it off, the car was filthy so I can only presume that they must park the car off site in a pig field. Essentially you get what you pay for, in my case a terrible service and hardly a valet experience. Use the official valet service from the airport!
