I found the service to be very convenient with no hassles at all. The staff were courteous and dedicated. If only they could improve their location to better serve passengers like me. I used them for storing two bags at a location en route to my destination, and they kept my bags safe for four days, returning them in the same condition. Great service!
I dropped my luggage at one airport and collected it at another. I was able to travel without my bags during my transit, which was great. They even sent a photo of my luggage with tracking details. However, for smaller bags, they only count the number of items rather than weighing them for pricing.
It was a bit confusing. They need to know the pickup time when you drop off your luggage to ensure it's ready for you. The kiosk is small, and the items aren't stored there. What if I'm late or my plans change? Will my luggage be ready? Do I need to reschedule? I would prefer a self-service option where I can pick it up at my convenience.
