I run a Bathroom business and needed a company that takes Amex and credit cards, They took my first transaction from a client fine, on a 2nd payment from the same client, this flagged as suspicious even though clients will pay multiple times to complete a bathroom purchase. They are now holding the money and responses take 4 days at a time minimum.
The company has great software and payment, it's a shame they can't do what a card company is supposed to do, pay me my clients money.
The poor service has lost them business now as I had to tell a friend they can't be trusted, even though I told her they were great a few weeks ago.
I have also forced some customers to pay me by Bacs now which has also lost them money in fees.
Strange way of doing business.
I am very unhappy with the service from this provider. After processing our sales through their systems, they have retained all of our revenue. Now, they insist we must wait six months to receive our payment. This is entirely unreasonable for any business that depends on cash flow. Their lack of transparency and refusal to disburse our funds feels exploitative. Stay away from this provider if you care about your business's financial health.
This service is untrustworthy. After paying my regular bills, my account was put under review, and my funds were held. When I inquired about the reason, they offered no explanation. It feels like they do this intentionally to use my money for their own purposes. The management is deceptive and dishonest. Now, I've received an email stating I have to wait an additional 180 days to access my own funds. I strongly advise against using this service. Be cautious and do not trust them.
Very disappointing experience.
I was contacted by a business consultant who called me daily until I signed up with the service. Every day.
He clearly stated: “If you need anything, feel free to reach out.” I reached out once to clarify how the account functioned. No reply.
I reached out a second time because, after a month, I still hadn’t received the physical card. No response at all. A week ago, my virtual card was compromised. Fortunately, I was alert and froze it immediately after the first transaction of 5€. I tried to contact customer support to find out what to do next. I explained my situation twice, but the support agent didn’t grasp anything I said. I gave up. This has been the worst service I have ever encountered. After just about a month, I’m closing everything. Be cautious before paying for the service.
