I arrived 2 minutes late to pick up my suitcases and I had to pay an extra days storage!!! I won't be using this company again. I am a frequent visitor to Bangkok and the other baggage storage company at the airport will be getting all my business in the future.I wasn't even late by my timings as I had dropped the bags off at 11:08am for 48hrs storage.2 days later I turn up at 11:02am only to be told I am late and will be charged an extra day because the receipt says 11am.Shocking lack of goodwill from this company.
