We used the Toronto location. First thing was the driver going to the Airport drove very irresponsible and fast.
When we arrived home after eleven days it took this service over 45 minutes to come get us at the airport. This driver also had to be told to slow down in our truck.
What I really upset with is the company knew our arrival time in the evening and the driver said he had to remove the snow with took him 25 minutes. They could of prepared the car in the morning knowing that the snow needed cleaning. Be prepared think ahead and service the client and follow through with the service you said you would provide. The driver said yes it was way too long to wait even though they were experiencing a busy time. He said they have 15 staff on hand. When I emailed three times with no response and I then called. The customer service person was rude and basically said it snowed and she would refund us. I dont care that it snowed. It snowed two days before we arrived. Anticipate the length of time you need to clean off cars and get the Valet service person to the airport in a reasonable amount of time. I want my money back not a credit. The people working here don't really care. Do not go here. No Service. Park your own car or call an Uber.
