I have used this service repeatedly. Some parking organizations are better than others. However, my experience has been that companies that are exclusively airport parking providers are far more efficient than hotels that also offer airport parking. Also, this service is great for finding the best prices across those parking providers.
Please do not use Park2Fly Airport Parking EWR or Park 2 Go. This is the worst service I have ever received. The shuttle is so dirty inside that is so hard to seat. When I came back I waited for 35 minutes on the cold and the driver did not show up. I called back letting them know that I would wait inside and for them to let me know when the driver arrives. I was freezing because I travel to the Caribbean and let my coat in the card. I was less than two minutes from pole #7. They called me back when the driver finally got there, I got out and the driver started screaming at me while he took my carry on on trow it on the trunk, I told him not to touch my luggage. I put the other one in the trunk. He was so and driving so reckless. When we get there he open the trunk and told me "serve yourself and next wait outside like everybody else” but it wont be next time. When I went inside to get my keys I was charge an extra 17 dollars, just because I arrives hours later. I was paying by date nit by hours. Horrible service ever. There was a woman waiting because they lost her key.
Reserved a spot at the Hilton for Newark Airport. We had a snow storm a day or two prior to our departure. When we arrived, all the undercover spots were taken and we had to go to the roof to park. The roof was not cleared out and it was difficult to find a parking spot.
I contacted the company and told them how disappointing to see the spots had not been cleared and that being the service provided, they should’ve ensured the roof was cleared, if you have a partnership with the hotel and you are the one I’m paying it should be your responsibility to make sure the snow was cleared enough for cars to park.
Terrible customer service and o would not recommend
We used the Toronto location. First thing was the driver going to the Airport drove very irresponsible and fast.
When we arrived home after eleven days it took this service over 45 minutes to come get us at the airport. This driver also had to be told to slow down in our truck.
What I really upset with is the company knew our arrival time in the evening and the driver said he had to remove the snow with took him 25 minutes. They could of prepared the car in the morning knowing that the snow needed cleaning. Be prepared think ahead and service the client and follow through with the service you said you would provide. The driver said yes it was way too long to wait even though they were experiencing a busy time. He said they have 15 staff on hand. When I emailed three times with no response and I then called. The customer service person was rude and basically said it snowed and she would refund us. I dont care that it snowed. It snowed two days before we arrived. Anticipate the length of time you need to clean off cars and get the Valet service person to the airport in a reasonable amount of time. I want my money back not a credit. The people working here don't really care. Do not go here. No Service. Park your own car or call an Uber.
I booked with routes parking first and heard so many bad review about having trouble with pick up at the airport with some having to call uber to get to their car and damaged cars after people returned. I have parked at the lot I reserved every time I fly out of ORDbut was sold out on other sites this time. I was very disappointed because I like the lot that I've been parking in. your site had this lot available thank God so I canceled my other booking with routes parking an ordered from you instead. Thank you. I paid more for this lot but it is worth the peice of mind that my car will be safe and I can self park it as well and also have a worry free shuttle to and from ORD.
I was left stranded at the port! Proceed with caution! I contacted the service for a pickup three times. On the third call, they informed me they would not be coming. Other providers were much better organized. I checked the buses arriving to see if they were associated with this parking service. Other companies had clear identification, while this one had generic buses.
