Reserved a spot at the Hilton for Newark Airport. We had a snow storm a day or two prior to our departure. When we arrived, all the undercover spots were taken and we had to go to the roof to park. The roof was not cleared out and it was difficult to find a parking spot.
I contacted the company and told them how disappointing to see the spots had not been cleared and that being the service provided, they should’ve ensured the roof was cleared, if you have a partnership with the hotel and you are the one I’m paying it should be your responsibility to make sure the snow was cleared enough for cars to park.
Terrible customer service and o would not recommend
