Appalling customer service
Has cost me an extra £30
On phone for ages 30 mins waiting for someone to deal with my query as advised by the website
No one answered
Sent an email as advised by the website no one replied except an auto response
Consequently I can’t chance booking my campervan into med stay Car park and it not being allowed, as there is no clear guidance as to whether I can get my vehicle in the space except to contact their customer services who will be pleased to assist (hmmm!)
So booked a taxi instead
