The wait for the bus was short and the car park was very close to the airport. The sat nav takes you to the other side of the road so we didn't find it instantly so look out for that if following a sat nav.
Reasonably priced
I used this parking service first time but was pleasantly surprised how easy the drop off and shuttle to airport was. We arrived at 3am and got to the airport in no time from parking rhe car!
The electric tonneau back on my truck was left open whilst the car was parked outside, all my electrical tools were damaged and hand tools got wet and went rusty. I have emailed and not had any response. This has been a large cost to replace the damaged goods. Nothing was stolen but badly water damaged.
I found the staff at desk rude and unhelpful and just wanted more money due to a delay despite having insurance against this. No need for the rudeness and excessive charge. 10 days parki bff was cheaper than 2 hours
I had a very good experience with Airport Parking Luton. The booking process was easy and straightforward. The staff were professional and helpful, and everything went smoothly.
The drop-off and collection process was quick and well organised. My car was returned in the same condition, which gave me peace of mind.
I would definitely use this service again and recommend it to others travelling from Luton Airport.

Easy to find location. On arrival I was told which bay to park in. A mini bus arrived promptly which took me outside departure/arrivals within 5 minutes. Went to same drop off area on the way back and a mini bus was already there so I didn't even after to call for them to send it.
The only let down was my flight being cancelled until the next and the overstay charge (£30) cost me more for less than 24 hours parking than it cost for 7 days. That was still a cheaper option than trying to extend the parking.
Overall a very good experience.
That's my third time I used that company for my parking at Luton airport. Very happy with their customers service and fair prices.

Consequently I can’t chance booking my campervan into med stay Car park and it not being allowed, as there is no clear guidance as to whether I can get my vehicle in the space except to contact their customer services who will be pleased to assist (hmmm!)
So booked a taxi instead
My flight was cancelled, and despite sending multiple emails with evidence and a request for a refund, I received no response. When I attempted to call the service, the line disconnected before I could speak to anyone. Extremely poor service—I cannot recommend this to anyone based on my experience. I have just lost my money.
