Excellent Service on arrival. The information received prior to our arrival re directions was very clear. We found the location with ease. Lovely welcome from the guy when we arrived, he gave us clear instructions & handed us a card explaining what we needed to do when we arrived back from our holiday. This was also all in the correspondence we received via email immediately after we booked. Excellent.
Upon arrival our driver was lovely, he told us to take a photograph of the bay where we parked our car, this would then make it easier to find when we arrive back. Our driver helped to put all our cases into the back of the bus and he did this with all the other passengers too. A really nice and helpful guy.
The one thing that stopped this review being five stars was our return driver.
unfortunately he didn’t have the friendly vibe that our previous driver had, he was very unsociable did not want to talk to the passengers and didn’t help at all with the cases. It may be that our driver going out was exceptionally helpful very kind, caring and offered excellent customer service. It may not even have been part of his role to load our bags into the bus, it may be that he just wanted to do that and go that extra mile which we hugely appreciated. However, our return driver made us feel like we were an inconvenience. There was no conversation at all other than shouting out the drop numbers. This was a real shame however despite our experience when we returned, we will still definitely be using your parking facility again as this driver may have just been having an off day!
We arrived early on the 8th March and came back very late on the 15th March.
