Easy to find their location, staff friendly and the bus to the terminal was waiting to take us. We got delayed coming home and arrived a whole day late, but a quick call to the office showed they obviously deal with this a lot - had to go into the cabin at the car park to pay an overstay charge (which I will claim back). Have used APL a few times now and will continue to use them.
