Upon arrival, the road was dark and muddy, and I couldn’t access many vehicles parked in the lane. I got out but was denied entry by the bailiffs, who prevented both entry and exit, causing a chaotic situation with cars everywhere. We waited 30 minutes until they left, which delayed us and cut into our time at the airport lounge. After landing, I called at 7:10 am and went straight to bus stop C. At 7:35, I called again and was told the bus was en route. Another couple, who called in 10 minutes later, had been waiting for 25 minutes too. The operator informed them it would be another 15 minutes. I called back at 7:55 and spoke to a different operator who blamed a shift change for the delay. The bus arrived at 8:07, and the driver had no knowledge of our collection. I will not use this service again due to the poor experience from start to finish, taking 1 hour and 25 minutes to reach my car after my initial call.
