I stumbled upon this parking option by chance, and it turned out to be a great choice. We were initially looking to book a spot right next to the airport at a much higher price. The service includes a shuttle that takes you to your terminal and picks you up upon your return. We arrived in the early morning hours, and I was concerned about the shuttle availability, but I found the chat feature on the website to be incredibly helpful in addressing my concerns. Finding the location was a bit challenging at first, but once we arrived, we parked our car and went to the office to complete some paperwork. The shuttle was already there, allowing us to hop on right away for a swift ride to the airport. Upon our return, we simply called the number provided to arrange for our pickup. One thing to note is that if you have mobility issues, it might be best to consider alternatives, as getting into the shuttle can be difficult due to the height.
I recently used the parking and shuttle service at the airport from 16.11.25 to 24.11.25. Departure: Upon arrival at the parking area, there was no wait; I was quickly taken to the terminal after parking my car. Arrival: I returned from my trip early in the morning at 03:50. I called the parking service, and true to their word, they picked me up within 10 minutes. I will certainly use them again.
Upon arrival, the road was dark and muddy, and I couldn’t access many vehicles parked in the lane. I got out but was denied entry by the bailiffs, who prevented both entry and exit, causing a chaotic situation with cars everywhere. We waited 30 minutes until they left, which delayed us and cut into our time at the airport lounge. After landing, I called at 7:10 am and went straight to bus stop C. At 7:35, I called again and was told the bus was en route. Another couple, who called in 10 minutes later, had been waiting for 25 minutes too. The operator informed them it would be another 15 minutes. I called back at 7:55 and spoke to a different operator who blamed a shift change for the delay. The bus arrived at 8:07, and the driver had no knowledge of our collection. I will not use this service again due to the poor experience from start to finish, taking 1 hour and 25 minutes to reach my car after my initial call.
While it is indeed 10-15 minutes from the airport, that’s where the positives end. We spent 30 minutes on a bus before departing, sitting in a full mini-bus in freezing conditions with the doors open at 2 am. Upon arrival, I called to inquire about the bus, only to be told it was on its way without any further information. We waited 50 minutes before opting for a taxi to the car park. I was informed that two buses had already gone to the airport, but there were still around 10 people waiting, which clearly wasn’t true. The parking costs more than double compared to competitors; this has been the worst experience I’ve had so far.
Do not trust this company; their driving is reckless, showing no regard for safety. When I contacted their office, I was met with disrespect and laughter at my complaint, which is completely unprofessional. If a serious issue arises, they clearly do not care. Stay away from this service.
