While it is indeed 10-15 minutes from the airport, that’s where the positives end. We spent 30 minutes on a bus before departing, sitting in a full mini-bus in freezing conditions with the doors open at 2 am. Upon arrival, I called to inquire about the bus, only to be told it was on its way without any further information. We waited 50 minutes before opting for a taxi to the car park. I was informed that two buses had already gone to the airport, but there were still around 10 people waiting, which clearly wasn’t true. The parking costs more than double compared to competitors; this has been the worst experience I’ve had so far.
