This "service" is deceptive. I managed to retrieve my lost item by collaborating with airport security. While I'm frustrated for falling for this ruse, it was somewhat amusing to get my lost item (a CPAP machine) and continue receiving emails from the service (18 in total, all AI-generated) about their relentless search in a supposedly vast inventory of lost items. Unfortunately, they were never able to locate my CPAP machine, despite their claimed thorough efforts. Meanwhile, I successfully identified and retrieved my CPAP after just a couple of emails with the police.
