This service is misleading.

This service is misleading. I managed to retrieve my lost item by coordinating with airport authorities. While I'm disheartened that I fell for this misleading offer, it was amusing to get my lost item (a CPAP machine) back and still receive numerous emails from the service about their ongoing search in a supposedly extensive collection of lost items. Unfortunately, the service was never able to locate my CPAP machine, despite their claimed thorough efforts. In contrast, I successfully identified and recovered my CPAP after just a couple of emails with the authorities.

This is a fraud. Do not send any money. I lost $153 and all I receive are nonsensical messages. The airport has confirmed that my lost item has been found, yet they refuse to reach out to them.

Not a Reliable Service

Not a reliable service. I do not recommend using this if you've lost items at airports. Refunds take an excessive amount of time to process, and their customer support is unhelpful. I couldn't even reach anyone by phone.

Absolutely a scam. Other than sending friendly emails, they do nothing to help find lost items. I found mine myself at the lost and found office at the airport. Do not pay them.

Complete Fraud

Complete fraud. I provided them with the contact details and location of my item. They keep sending vague messages about searching through inventory. I reached out to the business that has my item, and they haven't received any contact from the service. When I call, I get a message saying my call is first in line, but then I’m told no one is available, and I can leave a message. I've left multiple messages with no response. My emails also go unanswered. Avoid this company; they will just scam you out of your money.

Airport Recovery is a Fraud

This "service" is deceptive. I managed to retrieve my lost item by collaborating with airport security. While I'm frustrated for falling for this ruse, it was somewhat amusing to get my lost item (a CPAP machine) and continue receiving emails from the service (18 in total, all AI-generated) about their relentless search in a supposedly vast inventory of lost items. Unfortunately, they were never able to locate my CPAP machine, despite their claimed thorough efforts. Meanwhile, I successfully identified and retrieved my CPAP after just a couple of emails with the police.

It's a Scam

It's a scam. Never use it. My item was at the airport's lost and found the entire time. For a week, I received emails stating, 'we are searching, we have a recovery rate of 9/10.' I will report this to the relevant authorities.
