I asked them to help me get in touch with Delta- they claimed they prioritized and were doing everything they could to search for my wallet via a series of automated emails. On my return flight I stopped by the Delta office. They'd had the wallet the entire to me and no one had ever reached out. I only got automated responses for 4 days when I attempted to demand a refund.
