It does not appear that the company made any of the efforts they purport to have made to find the missing item, despite the fact that we were able to tell them exactly where it was, based on Find My app. Appears that they automate follow-up emails but do not actually do anything. When contacted with our concerns they did offer to refund part of our payment. This seemed a fair resolution but they never actually made the refund.
