Do not book with AirportsParking.com!Booked long-term parking for an upcoming trip, picked a parking lot managed by a Holiday Inn which showed about a dozen reviews, all 5 star ratings. After completing my reservation, I was sent the address, which I then put into Google Maps to save the exact location for later. On Google, this parking lot had an average rating of 2 stars, with a HUGE number of 1 star ratings from people who made reservations in advance, only to be turned away at the gate because the lot was full.I immediately emailed Way.com to cancel my reservation (who handled the actual reservation). To their credit, they promptly submitted my refund request and the charge will be reversed within a week. Cancelling with Way.com was easy but AirportsParking.com is very blatantly manipulating their customer reviews.Following a lot of positive reviews and referrals, I booked instead with PreFlight. It will cost about 40% more but at least I can be certain my reservation will actually be honored when I arrive.
