Was sold a reservation for MS Parking in Philly to catch a flight. Paid online and got a confirmation email shortly thereafter.
Arrived to the parking lot and they had no clue who I was. Total fraud. Online found out that Way owns and operates this 3rd party broker. Spent 30 mins on the phone trying to get it the charge rescinded from Chase, which they ultimately did, but still had to pay 2x what I'd initially shelled out. So frustrating and now they're engaging me in appeals to cancel the charge dispute to reach a resolution through their company. Laughable. Fool me once I guess...wish I could get star review in the negative for all the time/$ wasted and then, I'd also fire on an exponent for effect. Company should be shut down by regulators.
