This airline is terrible. The flight from Amsterdam to Belgrade was delayed for 2 hours, and they never updated the screens. When I asked the staff at check-in, they claimed the airline needed to provide updates, which they didn’t. So, I was stuck in the airport for 2 more hours with no information. Eventually, they sent an old, shaky plane, and I missed my connection. I was treated poorly at the transfer desk, and the ticket was expensive, making the whole experience even worse. This is the second time I faced delays, and it’s incredibly frustrating. I hope the airline improves its service.
