My experience with the airline was incredibly disappointing. My baggage was damaged, my flight was delayed, and after multiple attempts to get assistance, they showed little concern. The customer service was just as poor as their aircraft – unhelpful, uncaring, and unprofessional. This blatant neglect of passengers' rights is unacceptable. I strongly recommend steering clear of this airline.
I would rate lower if it were an option! They missed my connecting flight and assigned me to a late-night flight with no alternatives. After 3 hours of waiting, I was taken to a hotel where the staff was rude, and I had no choice but to eat a limited meal with only water. To make matters worse, my luggage was missing upon arrival! I strongly advise against booking with this airline!
This airline is terrible. The flight from Amsterdam to Belgrade was delayed for 2 hours, and they never updated the screens. When I asked the staff at check-in, they claimed the airline needed to provide updates, which they didn’t. So, I was stuck in the airport for 2 more hours with no information. Eventually, they sent an old, shaky plane, and I missed my connection. I was treated poorly at the transfer desk, and the ticket was expensive, making the whole experience even worse. This is the second time I faced delays, and it’s incredibly frustrating. I hope the airline improves its service.

I am writing to formally complain about a distressing experience I had on 25-12-2025 around 8 am at the airport with a staff member who identified herself as a supervisor. She behaved unprofessionally, raising her voice and mocking me about a language barrier, which was humiliating. Most concerning was her inappropriate comment questioning my citizenship, which was irrelevant and offensive. Her behavior was so aggressive that other passengers felt the need to intervene. I felt disrespected and intimidated. I expect this complaint to be taken seriously, with a formal investigation and assurance that staff will be trained in respectful communication.
I’ve never had such a poor experience with an airline. They wouldn’t allow me to bring my 2-year-old child's stroller to the gate, forcing me to check it in. This made traveling with my tired child a nightmare. Other airlines allow parents to take small strollers to the gate, but this airline showed no flexibility. I will never fly with them again and advise other parents to avoid this airline for their children's comfort.
