I am writing to formally complain about a distressing experience I had on 25-12-2025 around 8 am at the airport with a staff member who identified herself as a supervisor. She behaved unprofessionally, raising her voice and mocking me about a language barrier, which was humiliating. Most concerning was her inappropriate comment questioning my citizenship, which was irrelevant and offensive. Her behavior was so aggressive that other passengers felt the need to intervene. I felt disrespected and intimidated. I expect this complaint to be taken seriously, with a formal investigation and assurance that staff will be trained in respectful communication.
