I strongly advise against flying with Air Serbia. This is by far the worst airline I've ever experienced. They have absolutely no idea how to manage connections, which left us stranded at the airport for hours with no assistance or information. To make matters worse, my brand new suitcase was damaged during the flight. Despite filing a claim at the airport immediately, complete with photos, Air Serbia refuses to compensate for the damages. Their customer service is nonexistent, and they take no responsibility. Avoid this airline at all costs!
