The hot air balloon ride over the Teotihuacan Pyramids was absolutely amazing! The service arranged the tour with great care. We were picked up early in the morning and arrived at the launch site on time. Our driver was friendly and ensured our ride was enjoyable. At the site, he waited for us and drove us to breakfast. The hot air balloon ride was expertly organized. All our questions were addressed beforehand, and we were welcomed with coffee and tea before our flight. Upon landing, we had a toast and received a personalized flying certificate. We had the option to purchase a video or pictures but chose not to. Our journey concluded in the late morning at our drop-off point. My only suggestion would be to ask the restaurant for more vegan options, as the choices were limited.
